Not necessarily. The Real Estate 101 class is designed for people who haven't gotten their license yet. Coaching, however, is designed for agents who are already licensed (or about to be) and need hands-on guidance to close their first deals. If you're unsure where to start, reach out and Nakita will point you in the right direction.
With the Premium plan, you pay a lower monthly rate of $150/month plus 10% of your commission on your first 4 closed transactions. After those 4 deals, the commission share ends and you keep 100%. It's designed so Nakita has skin in the game — she only wins when you win.
Most new agents benefit from 6-12 months of structured coaching. The Starter plan is great for getting your feet wet over 3-6 months. Growth and Premium plans are ideal for agents committed to building a sustainable business within their first year. There are no long-term contracts — you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
Absolutely. Many agents start with Starter and upgrade to Growth or Premium once they're actively working with clients. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time — just give us a heads up before your next billing cycle.
